摘 要:乌鲁木齐市水资源供需矛盾突出,水资源价值相对较高,然而较低的水价不能真实地体现水资源价值。为使乌鲁木齐市水资源更好地可持续利用,综合考虑自然、人口、社会经济、生态环境四个方面,运用模糊数学模型对水资源价值进行综合评价,综合评分为3.794,在3.5分~4.0分之间,属水资源价值偏高城市,并计算出乌鲁木齐市居民生活合理水价为8.49元/m^(3),旨在为乌鲁木齐市水资源保护、利用和可持续发展做出贡献。The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is prominent in Urumqi city,and the value of water resources is relatively high,but the low water price can not truly reflect the value of water resources.In order to make better sustainable use of water resources in Urumqi,the fuzzy mathematical model was used to comprehensively evaluate the value of water resources from the four aspects of nature,population,social economy and ecological environment.The comprehensive score was 3.794,ranging from 3.5 to 4.0 points,and Urumqi was a city with high water resources value.The reasonable water price of Urumqi residents is 8.49 yuan/m^(3),aiming at contributing to the protection,utilization and sustainable development of water resources in Urumqi.
