摘 要:GIS设备在运行时对内部洁净度的要求极高,任何微小的异物尤其是金属类异物,都有可能在自身运动或壳体振动等外力作用下造成局部电场强度增大,进而导致闪络放电。结合一起三相共箱式330 kV GIS母线内由于金属异物导致的放电故障,以实际设备尺寸和检出金属异物形状为基础,首先建立了有限元静电场仿真计算模型,获得了不同形状(姿态)异物在临界击穿场强下的起跳高度;其次对壳体内金属异物进行了受力分析,在此基础上开展了临近导体端部屏蔽罩的金属异物在壳体振动时的运动机理定性分析,还原了故障发生过程,提出了反事故措施并为今后此类故障分析提供借鉴。GIS equipment has extremely high requirements for internal cleanliness during operation.Any small foreign matters,especially metallic ones,may cause an increase in local electric field strength under external forces such as self-motion or shell vibration,and then lead to flashover.Combined with a discharge fault caused by metallic foreign matters in a three-phase common tank 330 kV GIS busbar,based on the actual equipment size and detected shape of the metallic foreign matters,a finite element electrostatic field simulation calculation model is established in this paper and the take-off height of foreign matters with different shapes(postures)under the critical breakdown field strength is obtained;Secondly,a force analysis on metallic foreign matters inside the shell is made.Based on the above results,a qualitative analysis of the metallic foreign matter’s motion mechanism near the shielding cover at the conductor’s end during shell vibration is made and the process of the fault is recurred,finally preventative measures is proposed,providing a reference for similar fault analyses in the future.
