摘  要:为研究大规模海上风电接入对某沿海地区电网频率跌落的影响,基于PSD-BPA对该电网几种场景下的频率受扰特性进行仿真,分析调频风机对电网频率的影响。结果表明:将火电机组替换为风机后将削弱全系统频率稳定性,随着调频风机增多,对电网调频能力的改善效果逐渐展现;相同容量调频风机在不同区域发挥作用时全系统频率波动情况存在差异;故障发生在风机接入点附近时,风机调频作用更为明显。因此合理配置接入电网的可调频风机,将显著改善频率稳定性。In order to study the impact of large-scale offshore wind power access on the frequency drop of a coastal power grid,the frequency disturbance characteristics of the grid under several scenarios were simulated based on PSD-BPA,and the impact of frequency modulation(FM)fans on the grid frequency was analyzed.The results show that the replacement of thermal power units with fans will weaken the frequency stability of the whole system.With the increase of FM fans,the improvement effect on the frequency regulation capability of the power grid will be gradually demonstrated;when the FM fans with same capacity work in different areas,the frequency fluctuation of the whole system will be different;when the fault occurs near the fan access point,the fan frequency modulation effect will be more obvious.Therefore,the frequency stability will be significantly improved by reasonably configuring the adjustable frequency fans connected to the power grid.
