摘 要:螺栓法兰接头密封的优劣直接决定了真空腔体的真空漏率的好坏。利用ANSYS Workbench仿真分析了密封圈的压缩回弹过程,获得了密封圈在受力方向上的形变与应力的数据,进而模拟分析了螺栓法兰接头对角螺栓同步8级预紧的过程,并对其预紧工艺进行了优化。仿真结果显示:在弹性变形阶段,密封圈的形变与应力之间显现线性关系;在塑性变形阶段,两者之间的关系显现非线性;在弹性回复阶段,随着密封圈形变的减小,应力先降低后升高,展现出一定的非线性特征。8级预紧工艺中前4级采用顺序预紧、后4级采用顺序与间隔交替预紧得出的螺栓残余预紧力一致性最高;在第8级预紧过程中应用变载荷能显著提高螺栓残余预紧力的一致性,从而提升了螺栓法兰接头的密封效果。The vacuum leakage rate of the vacuum chamber is directly determined by the merit and demerit of the seal of the bolted flange joints.ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the compression and resilience process of the seal,to get the deformation and stress data of the seal in the forced direction,and then simulated and analyzed the simultaneous 8-stage preloading process of the diagonal bolts of the bolted flange joints,and optimized the preloading process.The simulation results show that:in the elastic deformation stage,the sealing ring deformation and stress are linear.In the plastic deformation stage,the relationship between the two is nonlinear.In the elastic rebound stage,with the reduction of the sealing ring deformation,the stress decreases and then increases,showing a certain nonlinearity.The first 4 levels of the 8-stage preloading process using sequential preloading and the last 4 levels of sequential and interval preloading alternately get the highest degree of uniformity of the bolt residual preload.The application of variable load during the 8th level preloading process can significantly increase the uniformity of residual preloading of bolts,thereby improving the sealing effect of bolt flange joints.
