摘 要:为了提高大型工业厂房在设计过程中的数字化管理,加强项目施工过程中钢结构架设重点环节的技术水平,节约项目成本,实现大型厂房建设由高速发展到高质量发展的转型。借助BIM软件辅助项目设计和施工已成为主流。但目前的研究主要集中在设计协同和施工协同两方面,很少涉及设计与施工之间的交接点。为此从BIM协同管理平台架构设计出发,利用Revit、Navisworks数据模型软件与ProjectWise协同管理平台搭建了BIM协同设计软件平台。基于设计与施工协同平台,引入厂房项目探索设计与施工的交界面,通过分析得出机电管线综合与钢结构是工业厂房设计与施工交接的关键节点,运用BIM协同软件对厂房机电管线与钢结构深化设计,加强设计与施工的连接。相比传统的设计与施工方案,提高了大型厂房项目实施的设计效率和施工水平。To improve the digital management of large-scale industrial plant in the design process,strengthen the technical level of key links of steel structure erection in the project construction process,save the project cost,and realize the transformation of large-scale plant construction from high-speed development to high-quality development.It has become the mainstream to use BIM software to assist project design and construction.However,the current research mainly focuses on design collaboration and construction collaboration,and the research on the interface between design and construction is rarely involved.Based on the architecture design of BIM collaborative management platform,this work uses Revit,Navisworks data model software and ProjectWise collaborative management platform to build BIM collaborative design software platform.Based on the collaborative platform of design and construction,the plant project is introduced to explore the interface between design and construction.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the electromechanical pipeline and steel structure are the key nodes in the handover of design and construction of industrial plant.BIM collaborative software is used to deepen the design of electromechanical pipeline and steel structure of industrial plant,so as to strengthen the connection between design and construction.Compared with the traditional design and construction scheme,the design efficiency and construction level of large-scale plant project implementation are improved.
