复方紫草油对大疱性皮肤病糜烂面继发感染干预的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方紫草油对大疱性皮肤病糜烂面继发感染的影响。方法:选取江西省皮肤病专科医院2021年9月至2022年9月收治的40例大疱性皮肤病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者采用对症治疗和醋酸泼尼松片进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用复方紫草油涂擦治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、起效时间和皮肤损伤消退时间以及住院天数。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的皮肤渗出停止时间、皮损消退时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者继发皮肤感染率为5.00%(1/20),低于对照组的30.00%(6/20),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:复方紫草油的使用有助于提高大疱性皮肤病糜烂面继发感染的疗效,减轻患者疼痛,缩短渗出时间、皮损消退时间和住院时间,改善继发感染情况。Objective To explore the influence of compound radix arnebiae oil on erosive surface secondary infection of bullous dermatosis.Methods A total of 40 patients diagnosed with bullous dermatosis admitted to Dermatology Hospital of Jiangxi Province were enrolled between September 2021 and September 2022,and were classified into an observation group(20 cases)and a control group(20 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatment and prednisone acetate tablet,while the patients in the observation group were treated with compound radix arnebiae oil on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic efficacy,onset time,skin damage regression time and hospital stay were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scales(VAS)score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin exudation stop time,skin lesion regression time,and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter compared with those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The secondary skin infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower at 5.00%(1/20)compared to the control group's rate of 30.00%(6/20),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compound radix arnebiae oil is helpful to enhance the efficacy of erosive surface secondary infection of bullous dermatosis,relieve the pain of patients,shorten the exudation time,skin lesion regression time and hospital stay,and improve the secondary infection.
