巨刺法治疗中风后偏瘫的选穴规律探讨

摘　　要：中风患者后遗症、并发症较多,以偏瘫为主要表现的运动功能障碍为其常见类型,运动协调能力明显降低,血流动力学指标出现异常,治疗难度大,严重影响患者的生活质量,巨刺法是目前临床针灸治疗偏瘫的常用针刺方法,以“左病取右、右病取左”为原则,刺经为主。笔者通过检索巨刺法治疗中风后偏瘫的相关研究,进一步总结其选穴规律,以期为临床治疗中风后偏瘫提供一定的思路。There are many sequelae and complications in stroke patients,among which motor dysfunction mainly manifested by hemiplegia is a common type.The motor coordination ability is significantly reduced,the hemodynamic indexes are abnormal,the treatment is difficult and the quality of life of patients is seriously affected.The giant needling method is currently a common acupuncture method for the clinical treatment of hemiplegia,based on the principle of"taking right from left disease and left from right disease"and puncture mainly.By searching the relevant studies on the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke using the giant needling method,the rule of point selection is further summarized,in order to provide certain ideas for the clinical treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.
