雷意LS-激光治疗仪治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在实施儿童分泌性中耳炎(secretory otitis media,SOM)患儿治疗的过程中雷意LS-激光治疗仪所获得的临床疗效。方法:本次实验研究将2019年4月~2022年4月在天津市泰达医院接受儿童SOM治疗的患儿54例作为实验对象,根据电脑随机分组法将患儿分为试验组(n=27)与对比组(n=27),对比组患儿所运用的治疗方法为常规药物治疗,试验组患儿在对比组基础上加用雷意LS-激光治疗仪治疗。结果:治疗前两组患儿鼓室导抗图情况、不良反应发生率并无显著差异,P>0.05。试验组患儿治疗后鼓室导抗图情况、治疗有效率均显著差别于对比组患儿,P<0.05。结论:实施儿童SOM治疗的过程中雷意LS-激光治疗仪在常规治疗基础上的应用获得了较为显著的效果,在促进鼓室导抗图改善的同时并不会增加不良反应的出现。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Leyi LS-laser therapy apparatus during the treatment of secretory otitis media(SOM)children.Methods:A total of 54 children who received SOM treatment for children in Tianjin TEDA Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.According to computer randomized method,the children were divided into experimental group(n=27)and control group(n=27).The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy.On the basis of comparison group,the experimental group was treated with Leyi LS-laser therapy instrument.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in tympanic conductivity map and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.The tympanic conductivity map and effective rate of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the course of SOM treatment for children,the application of Leyi LS-laser therapy instrument on the basis of conventional treatment has obtained a more significant effect,which can promote the improvement of tympanic conductivity map without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
