探讨一次性静脉留置针在耳廓假性囊肿穿刺中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析一次性静脉留置针在耳廓假性囊肿穿刺中的应用效果,进而明确其临床应用价值。方法:于2019年1月~2019年12月本院接收的耳廓假性囊肿穿刺患者中筛选符合研究要求的80例对象纳入研究,所有患者均接受一次性静脉留置针辅助治疗,对所有患者治疗效果进行分析及总结。结果:80例患者中,显效42例,占比52.50%(42/80),有效36例,占比45.00%(36/80),无效2例,占比2.50%(2/80),治疗总有效率为97.50%(78/80)。80例患者疼痛时间为(3.05±0.69)d,治疗时间为(7.78±2.65)d。80例患者坚持治疗均为发生严重并发症,治疗后规范随访3个月,未发生疾病复发。结论:耳廓假性囊肿穿刺过程中,采用一次性静脉留置针进行穿刺,有助于临床治疗效果提高,而且能够提高穿刺成功率,减少治疗时间及疼痛时间,可控制相关并发症的发生,应用价值显著。Objective:To analyze the application effect of disposable intravenous indwelling needle in puncture of auricle pseudocyst,and then clarify its clinical application value.Methods:A total of 80 patients with auricular pseudocyst puncture accepted in this hospital were screened and included in the study that met the research requirements.The collection period of the enrolled subjects was from January 2019 to December 2019.All patients received a one-time intravenous indwelling.Acupuncture-assisted therapy analyzes and summarizes the therapeutic effects of all patients.Results:Among 80 patients,42 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 52.50%(42/80),36 cases were effective,accounting for 45.00%(36/80),and 2 cases were ineffective,accounting for 2.50%(2/80).The effective rate is 97.50%(78/80).The pain time of 80 patients was(3.05±0.69)days,and the treatment time was(7.78±2.65)days.All 80 patients who persisted in the treatment had serious complications.After the treatment,they were followed up for 3 months,and no disease recurrence occurred.Conclusion:During the puncture process of auricle pseudocyst,the use of a disposable intravenous indwelling needle for puncture is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect,and can improve the success rate of puncture,reduce the treatment time and pain time,and control the occurrence of related complications.Its application value is significant.
