6S管理在神经外科监护室仪器设备安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析在神经外科监护室仪器设备安全管理的过程中6S管理的应用效果。方法:本研究将实施6S管理前后的神经外科监护室仪器设备与医护人员作为分析对象,进一步分析实施6S管理后神经外科监护室仪器设备的安全管理情况。结果:实施6S管理后医护人员对仪器设备满意度相对较高,与实施6S管理前相比存在显著差异,P<0.05。与实施6S管理前相比,实施6S管理后神经外科监护室仪器设备的管理效果更具优势,统计学差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在实施神经外科监护室仪器设备安全管理的过程中6S管理是一种相对较为理想的管理方式,有助于医护人员对仪器设备满意度的提升以及安全管理水平、质量的提升,保证了仪器设备可以处于最佳状态。Objective:To analyze the application effect of 6S management in the safety management of instruments and equipment in neurosurgical ICU.Methods:In this study,the instruments and medical staff of the neurosurgical ICU before and after 6S management were analyzed,and the safety management of the instruments and equipment in the neurosurgical ICU after 6S management was further analyzed.Results:After the implementation of 6S management,the satisfaction of medical staff on the equipment was relatively high,and there was a significant difference compared with that before the implementation of 6S management,P<0.05.Compared with before the implementation of 6S management,the management effect of the instruments and equipment in the neurosurgical ICU after the implementation of 6S management was more advantageous,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:6S management is a relatively ideal management method in the process of implementing the safety management of instruments and equipment in the neurosurgical ICU,which helps to improve the satisfaction of medical staff on instruments and equipment,improve the safety management level and quality,and ensure that instruments and equipment can be in the best state.
