益气养阴活血方联合西药在2型糖尿病患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 分析益气养阴活血方联合西药在2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2, T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年3月泉州市洛江区医院收治的T2DM患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数表分为两组。对照组30例患者采用西药二甲双胍治疗,研究组30例患者在其基础上应用益气养阴活血方治疗。比较两组血糖值、中医证候积分、空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数(homeostasis model assessment-β,HOMA-β),以及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗12周后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组空腹胰岛素、HOMA-β高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 益气养阴活血方联合西药能够有效改善T2DM患者的血糖值及胰岛功能,缓解相关症状,安全性较佳,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription combined with Western medicine in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM).Methods A total of 60 T2DM patients admitted to Quanzhou Luojiang District Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random table number method.The control group of 30 patients were treated with metformin,and the study group of 30 patients were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,fasting insulin,homeostasis model assessment-β(HOMA-β)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and HBA1c values of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting insulin and HOMA-βin the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the blood glucose value and islet function of T2DM patients,relieve related symptoms,and have good safety and clinical application value.
