阳和汤内服联合中药熏洗治疗阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨阳和汤内服联合中药熏洗治疗阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效。方法 选择2022年4月—2023年9月宁德市中医院内分泌科收治的64例阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分组为31例治疗组和33例对照组,对照组患者以常规西医手段治疗,治疗组患者在常规西医手段基础上加以阳和汤内服及中药熏洗治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果,治疗前后中医证候积分以及神经功能评分。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分、神经功能评分及运动神经传导速度改善,与对照组相比,治疗组患者改善效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合阳和汤与中药熏洗治疗阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,效果显著,可改善患者症状和神经功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yanghe decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Yang deficiency and cold condensation.Methods A total of 64 patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 31 treatment groups and 33 control groups by random number table method.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine means.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yanghe decoction and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical treatment effect,TCM syndrome score and neurological function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,nerve function score and motor nerve conduction velocity were improved in the two groups.Compared with the control group,the improvement effect was better in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yanghe decoction and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Yang deficiency and cold condensation is effective and can improve the symptoms and nerve function of the patients.
