六味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨六味地黄汤联合西药治疗对2型糖尿病改善血糖及胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年12月涟水县中医院收治的106例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案差异分组,对照组(n=50)以二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗,观察组(n=56)则在西药基础上加用六味地黄汤干预,比较两组糖尿病患者血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗状态,并评估血管内皮损伤情况。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(5.86±0.64)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.29±1.16)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.33±0.61)%,均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胰岛抵抗指数较对照组低,胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,内皮素、血管生长因子水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对2型糖尿病以六味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗能降低血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻血管内皮损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Western drug on type 2 diabetes mellitus on the improvement of blood glucose and insulin resistance.Methods 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Lianshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the difference in treatment regimens,the control group(n=50)was treated with metformin combined with dapagliflozin,while the observation group(n=56)was intervened with Liuwei Dihuang decoction on the basis of Western drugs.The two groups of diabetic patients were compared in terms of blood glucose level,insulin resistance status,and vascular endothelial damage was assessed.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose(5.86±0.64)mmol/L,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose(8.29±1.16)mmol/L,and glycated hemoglobin(6.33±0.61)%were all lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a lower islet resistance index,a higher isletβ-cell function index,and lower endothelin and vascular growth factor levels than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Liuwei Dihuang decoction plus reduction combined with Western drugs can decrease blood glucose,improve insulin resistance,and reduce vascular endothelial damage.
