麦芪降糖丸与胰岛素联合治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨麦芪降糖丸与胰岛素联合治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法 选取2017年12月—2022年12月大田县妇幼保健院收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为两组,各30例,两组均遵循常规糖尿病饮食,适当运动。对照组皮下注射门冬胰岛素进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用麦芪降糖丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖、胰岛功能变化情况,患者的妊娠结局进行比较。结果 治疗后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.212、6.696、2.794,P<0.05);研究组空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.579、9.855,P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。结论 麦芪降糖丸与胰岛素联合治疗妊娠期糖尿病具有显著的效果,除加快患者血糖的控制速度外,还可改善其胰岛功能。同时,此种治疗方案的安全性较高,有助于维护母婴生命安全,在降低不良妊娠结局发生率方面优势明显,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of Maiqi Jiangtang pill combined with insulin on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Datian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart,and the study group was treated with Maiqi Jiangtang pills on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood glucose and islet function before and after treatment,and the pregnancy outcome of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.212,6.696,2.794,P<0.05).The fasting insulin and isletβcell function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.579,9.855,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Maiqi Jiangtang pill and insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus has a remarkable effect,which can not only accelerate the blood glucose control speed,but also improve the islet function.At the same time,the safety of this treatment scheme is high,which helps to maintain the life safety of mother and child,and has obvious advantages in reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical application.
