二甲双胍与西格列汀联合治疗2型糖尿病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究2型糖尿病患者接受二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年11月—2022年11月厦门市第三医院160例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则分为对照组80例和观察组80例。其中对照组采取二甲双胍单一用药治疗方案;观察组采取二甲双胍与西格列汀联合治疗方案。对比两组临床疗效、血糖指标变化、血脂指标变化、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组临床总疗效97.50%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,糖化血红蛋白指标均在治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组高密度脂蛋白高于对照组,其他指标(低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油)在治疗后均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.75%与对照组6.25%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 通过应用二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗方案,能够让2型糖尿病患者临床疗效明显提升,不仅会将血糖及血脂水平维持在更加稳定的状态,同时其安全性良好。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with sitagliptin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 160 patients with type 2 diabetes in Xiamen Third Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(80 cases)and an observation group(80 cases)according to the principle of random drawing.The control group was treated with metformin monotherapy.Observation group was treated with metformin and sitagliptin.The clinical efficacy,changes in blood sugar index,changes in blood lipid index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 97.50%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein in observation group was higher than that in control group after treatment,and other indexes(low density lipoprotein,total cholesterol and triglyceride)were lower than that in control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.75%compared with 6.25%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the application of metformin combined with sitagliptin treatment program,it can make the clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients significantly improved,not only will maintain the blood glucose and lipid levels in a more stable state,at the same time,its safety is good.
