增液消积汤治疗2型糖尿病合并便秘患者临床分析

摘　　要：目的 观察增液消极汤治疗对热积型2型糖尿病合并便秘患者临床疗效及对患者血糖水平的影响。方法 选取2021年2月—2023年2月在北京市鼓楼中医医院内科门诊进行治疗的70例热积型2型糖尿病且伴发便秘患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组口服麻仁润肠丸,观察组口服增液消积汤,疗程为1个月。比较两组的便秘主要症状评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果 治疗后,观察组的便秘主要症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 增液消积汤治疗热积型2型糖尿病合并便秘可以有效改善便秘症状,有利于患者的血糖控制。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zengye Xiaoji decoction treatment on patients with heat accumulation type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with constipation and its effect on patients'blood glucose level.Methods 70 patients with heat accumulation type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by constipation who were treated in the internal medicine outpatient clinic of Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was orally treated with Ma Ren Lun Bowel Pill,and the observation group was orally treated with Zengye Xiaoji decoction.The main symptoms of constipation scores,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the main symptom score of constipation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of constipation with heat accumulation type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation,which is beneficial to the blood glucose control of the patients.
