补肾益气汤合六味地黄丸联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析补肾益气汤合六味地黄丸联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy, DN)的效果。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年4月安溪县尚卿卫生院收治的68例DN患者为研究对象,按照随机数表分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在其基础上应用补肾益气汤合六味地黄丸治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、肾功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率为94.12%较对照组的73.53%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,研究组中医证候积分、血尿素氮、血肌酐值较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补肾益气汤合六味地黄丸联合西药治疗DN效果确切,能够有效改善患者的症状与肾功能指标,安全性较佳。Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Yiqi Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 68 patients with DN who received treatment in Anxi County Shangqing Health Center from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group treated with Bushen Yiqi Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,renal function index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 94.12%in the study group was higher than 73.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group and the blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine values were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yiqi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with Western medicine in the treatment of DN is effective,can effectively improve the symptoms and renal function indicators of patients,and has good safety.
