摘　　要：近年来,葛根芩连汤作为中医治疗糖尿病的经典方剂,已被广泛应用于临床。葛根芩连汤具有增强胰岛素敏感性、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、减轻炎症反应,改善局部微循环、抑制血小板聚集等作用;其药理作用主要有增强心肌收缩功能和促进成骨细胞增生等。不论是单方应用或与其他药物联合应用,都可以有效地改善2型糖尿病及相关并发症。基于此,本文对葛根芩连汤基本信息、现代药理学作用及其对糖尿病并发症的作用进行全面梳理,以期为后续广大医务工作者针对2型糖尿病及相关并发症患者临床应用葛根芩连汤提供参考。In recent years,Gegen Qinlian decoction has been widely used as a classic formula for the treatment of diabetes mellitus in traditional Chinese medicine.Gegen Qinlian decoction has the effects of enhancing insulin sensitivity,inhibitingα-glucosidase,reducing inflammatory reactions,improving local microcirculation,and inhibiting platelet aggregation.Its pharmacological effects mainly include enhancing myocardial contractile function and promoting osteoblast proliferation.Whether applied alone or in combination with other drugs,it can effectively improve type 2 diabetes mellitus and related complications.Based on this,this paper comprehensively reviewed the basic information,modern pharmacological action and its effect on diabetic complications of Gegenqinlian Decoction,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Gegenqinlian decoction for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and related complications.
