摘　　要：医学装备与医院的诊疗活动密切相关,规范医学装备管理是医院精细化管理的重要组成部分。某三级医院设备科依据等级医院评审标准,参照《三级医院评审标准(2020年版)广东省实施细则》,应用“三九”法则,即条款到字、制度到院、流程到科、培训到背、执行到录、总结到表、分析到why、措施到how和循环到……,将日常工作标准化、系统化,同时迎评工作中认真组建迎检团队,准备迎检台账,梳理工作重点,高标准进行应急演练,并以等级医院评审为抓手,进一步优化医学装备管理,达到了“保安、降耗、增效、提质”的阶段性管理目标。With the medical equipment closely related to the diagnosis and treatment activities of hospitals,standardizing medical equipment management is an important component of hospital refined management.According to the evaluation standards for graded hospitals and referring to the implementation rules of the evaluation standards for tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province(2020 version),the 39-word rule including clauses to words,systems to the hospital,processes to departments,training to memorization,execution to recording,summary to table,analysis to why,measures to how,and circulation to...,was applied by the equipment department of a certain tertiary hospital.With standardized and systematic daily work,as well as the serious formation of the welcoming inspection team in the evaluation work,the inspection ledger was prepared,work keynotes were sorted out,emergency drills were carried out with high standards,and medical equipment management was further optimized through the evaluation of graded hospitals as a starting point,achieving the phased management goals of"ensuring safety,reducing consumption,increasing efficiency,and improving quality".
