摘  要:一氧化氮(NO)气体常与呼吸机共同使用以治疗新生儿肺动脉高压,但需保证一定的浓度。基于此,该研究设计了一种NO气体监护装置。通过气路设计可实现多工作模式切换功能,用于采集NO、二氧化氮(NO_(2))及氧气(O_(2))浓度;其气阻设计可很好地降低传感器信号波动幅度。经试验证明,该装置可准确监测NO、NO_(2)及O_(2)的浓度,且性能稳定。Nitric oxide(NO)gas is often used in conjunction with a ventilator to treat neonatal pulmonary hypertension,but a certain concentration must be maintained.Based on this,a NO gas monitoring device was designed in this study.Multiple working mode switching functions can be achieved through gas path design,which is used to collect the concentrations of NO,nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2)),and oxygen(O_(2));Its air resistance design can effectively reduce the fluctuation amplitude of sensor signals.Through experimental verification,the device could accurately monitor the concentrations of NO,NO_(2),and O_(2),and its performance was stable.
