慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性现状及相关影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性现状,并分析相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2020年3月至2023年3月医院收治的82例慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者的临床资料。资料收集来自一般资料调查表,并采用慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者控磷饮食依从性问卷评估其饮食控磷依从性现状。比较不同特征患者依从性评分,并采用多元线性回归分析法分析慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性的相关影响因素。结果82例慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性现状评分为30~59分,平均(45.50±4.66)分,依从性中等。文化程度初中及高中、社会支持低下、透析龄≥2年及负性情绪的慢性肾脏病5期血透患者饮食控磷依从性评分低于文化程度大专及以上、社会支持良好、透析龄<2年及无负性情绪的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、社会支持度、透析龄及负性情绪均为慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性现状的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性处于中等水平,文化程度、社会支持、透析龄及负性情绪均为慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者饮食控磷依从性的相关影响因素.Objective To explore the current status of dietary phosphorus control compliance in stage 5 hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease and analyze relevant influencing factors.Methods With the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 82 patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023,the data was collected from the general information questionnaire,and current status of dietary phosphorus control compliance in patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis was evaluated by using the phosphorus control dietary compliance questionnaire.The compliance scores of patients with different characteristics were compared,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant influencing factors of dietary phosphorus control compliance in stage 5 hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.Results According to statistics,the current status score of dietary phosphorus control compliance in 82 patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis was 30-59 points,with an average score of(45.50±4.66)points,indicating moderate compliance.Chronic kidney disease stage 5 hemodialysis patients with the education levels in middle and high school,lower social support,dialysis age≥2 years,and negative emotions had lower dietary phosphorus control compliance scores than those with higher education levels in college or above,good social support,dialysis age<2 years,and no negative emotions,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,social support,dialysis age,and negative emotions were all relevant influencing factors for the current status of dietary phosphorus control compliance in stage 5 hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The dietary phosphorus control compliance of stage 5 hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease is at a moderate level,and education leve
