肠气囊肿症的影像学特征性表现分析与临床诊治进展

摘　　要：肠气囊肿症是一种病因尚不明确、发病机制尚不清楚的消化系统疾病,临床表现缺乏特异性,多数以腹部不适、腹胀、腹泻等症状就诊,较易漏诊、误诊,诊断主要依靠影像学和内镜检查,其影像学表现具有特征性,多层螺旋CT联合多平面重组后处理技术诊断本病有显著优势。可采用内科保守治疗、药物、氧疗、内镜和手术治疗,总体预后良好。Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis is a digestive system disease where the etiology and pathogenesis is unknown,lack of specificity in the clinical presentation,more to abdominal discomfort,abdominal distension,diarrhea and other symptoms,easy to misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis,the diagnosis mainly depends on imaging and endoscopy,the imaging performance of pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis has typical characteristics,MSCT combined with MPR post-processing technology has significant advantages in the diagnosis of this disease.Treatment includes internal conservative therapy,medication,oxygen,endoscopic and surgery,overall prognosis is good.
