德国西门子C型臂X射线机透视下PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在为股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施治疗的过程中德国西门子C型臂X射线机透视下PFNA内固定治疗所获得的效果。方法:本研究将2019年6月~2022年6月在医院接受股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的患者48例作为观察对象,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为观察组(n=24,德国西门子C型臂X射线机透视下PFNA内固定治疗)与对照组(n=24,动力髋螺钉内固定治疗)。结果:观察组患者治疗优良率、相关时间指标、术后炎症因子指标水平、并发症发生率显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者术前炎症因子指标水平无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:德国西门子C型臂X射线机透视下PFNA内固定属于股骨粗隆间骨折患者的理想治疗方法。Objective:To analyze the effect of PFNA internal fixation under fluoroscopy of Siemens C-arm X-ray machine in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods:In this study,48 patients who received treatment for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=24,PFNA internal fixation under fluoroscopy by Siemens C-arm X-ray machine)and control group(n=24,dynamic hip screw internal fixation)according to computer randomization method.Results:There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the rate of excellent and good treatment,the relevant time index,the level of postoperative inflammatory factor index and the incidence of complications,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in preoperative inflammatory factor indexes between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation under fluoroscopy by Siemens C-arm X-ray machine is an ideal treatment method for patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.
