摘　　要：目的:对比Trima与Amicus血细胞分离机的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月~2023年3月本血站接收的献血者63例,分别通过Trima与Amicus血细胞分离机对献血者进行血样采集和分析,比较二者(Trima组与Amicus组)应用效果。结果:Trima组与Amicus组血小板指标、其他主要血常规指标、处理全血量、采集效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。Amicus组不良反应发生率低于Trima组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);Trima组采集时间少于Amicus组,管道残余血量低于Amicus组,抗凝剂使用量高于Amicus组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用Trima与Amicus血细胞分离机进行采集,二者各有利弊,如Trima血细胞分离机采集时间短,Amicus血细胞分离机不良反应少。因此,在实际临床应用的过程中,应结合实际情况和需求,选取适宜的血细胞分离机,促进应用效果的提高。Objective:To compare the application effects of Trima and Amicus blood cell separators.Methods:63 blood donors who were received by this blood station from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected.Blood samples were collected and analyzed using Trima and Amicus blood cell separators,and their(Trima group and Amicus group)application effects were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in platelet indicators,blood routine indicators,processed whole blood volume,and collection efficiency between Trima group and Amicus group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Amicus group was lower than that in Trima group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The collection time of Trima group was lower than that of Amicus group,the residual blood volume of pipeline was lower than that of Amicus group,and the use of anticoagulant was higher than that of Amicus group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Trima and Amicus blood cell separators for collection has both advantages and disadvantages,such as short Trima collection time and fewer adverse reactions to Amicus.Therefore,in the process of practical clinical application,appropriate blood cell separators should be selected based on the actual situation and needs to promote the improvement of application effectiveness.
