摘  要:为提高天然气中乙烷回收率,对SRX乙烷回收工艺流程特性进行研究,重点考察外输干气回流比、脱甲烷塔操作压力、脱甲烷塔气相侧线位置及抽出量、侧线抽出气相过冷温度对乙烷回收率以及总压缩功率的影响。结果表明,通过增加外输干气的回流量、降低脱甲烷塔操作压力、下移脱甲烷塔侧线气相抽出位置、增加气相抽出量、降低侧线抽出气相过冷温度可有效增加乙烷收率。In order to improve the ethane recovery rate in natural gas,the characteristics of the SRX ethane recovery process are studied,with a focus on examining the effects of the reflux ratio of the exported dry gas,the operating pressure of the demethanizer,the position and extraction amount of the gas phase side line of the demethanizer,and the subcooling temperature of the side line extraction gas phase on the ethane recovery rate and total compression power.The results show that increasing the return flow rate of the exported dry gas,reducing the operating pressure of the demethanizer,moving down the position of the gas phase extraction on the side line of the demethanizer,increasing the amount of gas phase extraction,and reducing the subcooling temperature of the gas phase extraction on the side line can effectively increase the ethane yield.
