摘  要:聚氨酯涂料在喷涂中需使用有机溶剂(VOCs)作为稀释剂,喷涂中挥发的VOCs严重污染了环境,不符合绿色环保要求。介绍了超临界CO_(2)兼具类气性和类液性特点,具有良好的渗透和扩散能力,可以起到取代稀释剂的作用。利用高压可视釜观察涂料的溶胀过程并通过曲面响应分析,结果表明,在溶胀时间为10 min,压力为16 MPa,温度为40℃条件下,聚氨酯涂料的最大溶胀度为11.947。各因素的影响程度由大到小依次为压力、温度、时间。溶胀度随溶胀时间的增加、压力的增大而增大,随温度的增大而减小。结合实际喷涂情况总结出了聚氨酯超临界CO_(2)的最佳喷涂工况条件,溶胀时间为10 min,温度为40℃,压力为10~13 MPa,溶胀度可保持在6.575~8.855。In response to the use of organic solvents(VOCs)as diluents in polyurethane coatings during spraying,the volatile VOCs emitted during spraying seriously pollute the environment and can not meet the requirements of green environmental protection.Supercritical CO_(2)has both gas like and liquid like characteristics,and has good permeability and diffusion ability,which can replace diluents.Using a high-pressure visualization kettle to observe the swelling process of the coating and through surface response analysis,the results show that under the conditions of swelling time of 10 min,pressure of 16 MPa,and temperature of 40℃,the maximum swelling degree of polyurethane coating is 11.947.The degree of influence of each factor,in descending order,is pressure,temperature,time.The swelling degree increases with the increase of swelling time and pressure,and decreases with the increase of temperature.Based on the actual spraying situation,the optimal spraying conditions for polyurethane supercritical CO_(2)have been summarized.The swelling time is 10 min,the temperature is 40℃,the pressure is 10-13 MPa,and the swelling degree can be maintained between 6.575-8.855.
