摘  要:针对燃煤电厂烟气脱硝工艺优化改造的需要,以目标燃煤电厂失活SCR催化剂为研究对象,采用酸洗法对其进行了再生试验研究,并以脱硝效率为评价指标,考察了不同试验参数对再生SCR催化剂脱硝效率的影响。结果表明,当硫酸物质的量浓度为0.5 mol/L,酸洗时间为30 min时,再生SCR催化剂的活性可以达到最佳,脱硝效率可以达到最大。再生SCR催化剂的脱硝效率与新鲜SCR催化剂基本相当,并且随着温度、空速和氧气浓度的增大,脱硝效率均呈先升高后降低的趋势。当温度为350℃,空速为5000 h^(-1),氧气体积分数为5%时,再生SCR催化剂的脱硝效率最大。再生SCR催化剂具有良好的脱硝效果,能够满足目标燃煤电厂烟气脱硝优化改造施工的需求。In response to the needs of flue gas denitration process optimization and transformation in coal-fired power plants,the deactivated SCR catalysts of the target coal-fired power plant are taken as the research object,and the regeneration experiment is carried out by using the acid washing method.With the denitration efficiency as the evaluation index,the influence of different experimental parameters on the denitration efficiency of the regenerated SCR catalysts is investigated.The experimental results show that when the concentration of sulfuric acid solution is 0.5 mol/L and the pickling time is 30 min,the activity of regenerated SCR catalysts can reach the best and the denitrification efficiency can reach the maximum.The denitration efficiency of regenerated SCR catalysts is basically equivalent to that of fresh SCR catalysts,and with the increase of temperature,space velocity and oxygen concentration,the denitration efficiency shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the temperature is 350℃,the space velocity is 5000 h^(-1),and the oxygen volume fraction is 5%,the denitrification efficiency of the SCR catalysts is the highest.The research results show that the regenerated SCR catalysts have good denitration effect and can meet the requirements of flue gas denitration optimization and reconstruction of the target coal-fired power plant.
