摘  要:针对Z字型碳化硅印刷电路板换热器(PCHE)作为高温回热器时的传热与流动性能进行优化分析,采用数值模拟和响应曲面法相结合的方法,以努塞尔数和范宁摩擦系数为响应值,以冷流体压力、冷流体入口温度、热流体入口温度、通道弯曲角度、通道直径以及质量流速作为影响因素进行优化设计,确定最优的结构和工艺参数。结果表明,单因子中通道弯曲角度对响应热侧范宁摩擦系数影响显著性最高,通道直径对响应热侧努塞尔数影响显著性最高。当Z字型碳化硅PCHE作为高温回热器,冷流体压力为30 MPa,冷流体入口温度为568.44 K,热流体入口温度为893.813 K,通道弯曲角度为15°,直径为1.769 mm,质量流速为349.997 kg/(m^(2)·s)时,流动阻力最小;当冷流体压力为23.078 MPa,冷流体入口温度为541.961 K,热流体入口温度为800.045 K,通道弯曲角度为45°,直径为1.8 mm,质量流速为350 kg/(m^(2)·s)时,换热效果最好。In order to optimize and analyze the heat transfer and flow performance of Z-shaped silicon carbide printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE)as a high temperature regenerator,the method of combining numerical simulation and response surface methodology is used to optimize the design with the Nusselt number and Fanning friction coefficient as the response,and the cold fluid pressure,cold fluid inlet temperature,hot fluid inlet temperature,channel bending angle,channel diameter and mass flow rate as the influence factors to determine the optimal structure and process parameters.The results show that the channel bending angle has the highest significance to the Fanning friction coefficient on the response hot side,and the channel diameter has the highest significance to the Nusselt number on the response hot side.It is concluded that when the Z-shaped silicon carbide PCHE is used as a high temperature regenerator,the cold fluid pressure is 30 MPa,the cold fluid inlet temperature is 568.44 K,the hot fluid inlet temperature is 893.813 K,the channel bending angle is 15°,the diameter is 1.769 mm,and the mass flow rate is 349.997 kg/(m^(2)·s),the flow resistance is the smallest.When the cold fluid pressure is 23.078 MPa,the cold fluid inlet temperature is 541.961 K,the hot fluid inlet temperature is 800.045 K,the channel bending angle is 45°,the diameter is 1.8 mm,the mass flow rate is 350 kg/(m^(2)·s),the heat transfer effect is the best.
