精己二酸质量现状及改进措施的研究

摘　　要：为探究精己二酸产品质量的改进策略,本次研究以某化工厂为研究对象,对其精己二酸产品指标不符合预期要求的问题进行初步分析,并根据分析结果,对精己二酸生产工艺流程中的主要指标参数进行优化,最终确定离心机推料频率为58次/min、活性炭添加量为120 kg/d、离心洗涤环节中水与己二酸的质量比为0.9∶1,以此作为优化后的参数进行实际测试。测试结果显示,精己二酸质量得到了显著改善,这表明本次优化实验基本取得了预期效果。In order to explore the improvement strategies for the quality of refined adipic acid products,this study takes a certain chemical plant as the research object,and conducts a preliminary analysis of the problem that its refined adipic acid product indicators do not meet the expected requirements.Based on the analysis results,the main indicator parameters in the production process of refined adipic acid are optimized.Finally,the centrifugal pushing frequency is 58 times/min,and the amount of activated carbon added is 120 kg/d.The mass ratio of water to adipic acid in the centrifugal washing process is 0.9:1,which is used as the optimized parameter for actual testing.The test results show that the quality of succinic acid has been significantly improved,indicating that the optimization experiment has basically achieved the expected results.
