摘 要:某大型煤业公司在采用综合掘进设备后,其掘进效率与开采进度没有得到改善。分别从目前使用的施工方案、钻场施工工艺、支护方案以及矸石转运方案分析了其所存在的问题,并提出了有效的优化工艺。根据现场改善情况可知,采用优化方案后掘进速率由160 m/月提升至了240 m/月,相对提高了50%,支护设备的成本减小了140万余元,极大的改善了矿区的开采情况与经济效益。A large coal mining company did not improve its excavation efficiency and mining progress after adopting comprehensive excavation equipment.The existing problems were analyzed from the current construction plan,drilling site construction technology,support plan,and gangue transportation plan,and effective optimization processes were proposed.According to the on-site improvement situation,it can be seen that after adopting the optimization plan,the excavation speed has been increased from 160 m/month to 240 m/month,a relative increase of 50%,and the cost of support equipment has been reduced by more than 1.4 million yuan,greatly improving the mining situation and economic benefits of the mining area.
