摘 要:针对目前国内外异性纤维清除机清除效率较低的问题,通过自主研发核心软硬件、采用先进高可靠性元器件和技术措施对异性纤维清除机进行技术改进;详细阐述改进后异性纤维清除机的工作原理、技术参数、安装要点、喷阀参数设置、维护及故障排除措施等,并对改进关键件、改后实际检出率及性价比进行分析。指出:改进后的异性纤维清除机,解决了乱喷误喷、稳定性差、故障率高等问题,识别并检出异性纤维的能力稳定,检出率提高,各单项及综合检出率最高可达88%。In order to solve the problem of low removal efficiency of heterogeneous-fiber sorting machine at home and abroad,the technology of heterogeneous-fiber sorting machine is improved by independently developing core software and hardware,adopting advanced high-reliability components and technical measures.The working principle,technical parameters,installation points,spray valve parameter setting,maintenance and troubleshooting measures of the improved heterogeneous-fiber sorting machine are described in detail,and the improved key parts,the actual detection rate and the cost-performance are analyzed.It is pointed out that the improved heterogeneous-fiber sorting machine solves the problems of random spraying,poor stability and high failure rate;the ability to identify and detect heterogeneous-fiber is stable,the detection rate is increased,and the single and comprehensive detection rate is up to 88%.
