摘 要:针对含厚夹矸放顶煤开采的顶煤放出率难以计算的现状,本文以淮北朱仙庄煤矿Ⅱ863工作面为研究背景,采用散体介质流相似模拟试验以及顶煤放出率现场测定试验,研究了不同层位的顶煤回收率,并分析其运动规律,研究结果表明:相似模拟试验中顶煤平均放出率78%,现场试验顶煤平均放出率77.8%;不同层位顶煤放出率呈现“两头低中间高”的规律;该研究不仅实现了含厚夹矸顶煤放出率的计算,还为结构复杂的厚夹矸顶煤开采提供了科学依据。In view of the fact that the release rate of top coal is difficult to calculate,taking theⅡ863 working face of Huaibei Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine as the research background,using similar simulation test of bulk medium flow and field measurement test of top coal release rate.The top coal recovery of different layers,and to analyze the motion pattern.The results show that the average release rate of top coal in the similar simulation test is 78%.The average release rate of top coal in the field test was 77.8%.The top coal release rate of different layers presents the law of"low at two ends and high in the middle".This study not only realized the calculation of the release rate of thick gangue top coal.It also provides a scientific basis for the mining of thick gangue and top coal with complex structure.
