摘  要:宝石,本质也是矿物的一种,不同的宝石矿物形成过程伴随相应的地质条件。宝石本身除了美观、稀少,也具有化学稳定性高的特点,对宝石的解析还可以还原当时的温压条件、流体介质等地球物理化学环境。电子探针以其简单便捷、小至1μm 3的微区成分分析、高分辨率、高灵敏度、不破坏样品,以及可进行点、线和面分布研究等特点,在矿物学领域得到广泛的应用。本文通过对翡翠、石榴石、青金石和碧玺等几类宝石原石的测试,展示了电子探针在微区分析方面的测试能力以及基于宝石的电子探针数据解析推断宝石原石矿物本质构成及成型环境。Gem is also a kind of mineral,and different gemstones forming processes accompany corresponding geological conditions.In addition to its beauty and rarity,the gem itself also has the characteristic of high chemical stability.The analysis of gemstones can also estimate the physical and chemical environment,such as temperature and pressure conditions,fluid mineral substance and so on.EPMA with its simple and convenient,as small as 1μm 3 micro composition analysis,high resolution,high sensitivity and non-destructive features,as well as point analysis,line analysis and mapping distribution research,has been widely used in the field of mineralogy.In this paper,the ability of the EPMA in microanalysis was demonstrated by testing several kinds of raw gemstones,such as jade,garnet,lapis lazuli and tourmaline,and also based on EPMA analysis data inferred mineral compositions and original nature forming environment of gemstones.
