摘　　要：大豆蛋白纤维是一类新兴纺织材料,通过生物技术对传统纤维产品加以改善,对环境友好且绿色可持续,符合我国倡导的可持续发展理念。大豆蛋白纤维的成分源于大豆,成本较低廉,但是在一些物理性能上尚且存在不足。大豆蛋白纤维在与其他原料如蚕丝、棉类等进行混合后,可以提升大豆蛋白纤维的性能。随着研究的不断深入,大豆蛋白纤维的应用市场也将更加广阔。Soybean protein fiber is an emerging textile material that improves traditional fiber products through biotechnology.It is environmentally friendly and green sustainable,in line with the sustainable develop⁃ment concept advocated by China.The composition of soybean protein fiber comes from soybeans,which are relatively low-cost,but there are still shortcomings in some physical properties.Soybean protein fiber can im⁃prove its performance when mixed with other raw materials such as silk and cotton.With the continuous deepening of research,the application market of soybean protein fiber will also become broader.
