摘 要:通过不同径向比的CNT搭配,利用单宁酸(TA)修饰并增强CNT分散性,分批真空抽滤成膜,利用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)与TA交联,构建等级孔分布的CNT-TA-PEI导电超滤膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和接触角等对膜结构和表面性质进行表征。探究细CNT和PEI的负载量对膜的纯水通量和牛血清蛋白(BSA)截留率的影响,并考察在外加电场作用下染料及Na_(2)SO_(4)的截留率。结果表明:在优化条件下,CNT-TA-PEI膜纯水通量为120.8 L(/m^(2)·h),对BSA截留率为96.6%。在3 V外加电压下,CNT-TA-PEI膜作为阳极时将染料截留率从6%提高到98%以上,Na_(2)SO_(4)截留率低于5%。以上结果证明,通过协同孔径调控和电辅助作用,CNT-TA-PEI膜有效打破了渗透性-选择性间“trade-off”问题,实现了染/盐高效分离,以期为含盐印染废水资源化处理提供参考。Through CNT matching with different radial ratios,tannin(TA)was used to modify and en⁃hance the dispersion of CNT,and the membrane was formed by batch vacuum suction filtration.Polyethyleni⁃mine(PEI)was used to cross link TA,and the CNT-TA-PEI conductive ultrafiltration membrane with hierarchi⁃cal pore distribution was constructed.Structure and surface properties of membranes were characterized us⁃ing SEM,FT-IR,XPS and water contact angle.The effects of fine CNT and PEI loading on the pure water flux and BSA rejection of the membranes were investigated,and the separation efficiency of dye/Na_(2)SO_(4)under the effect of applied electric field was also examined.The results showed that the CNT-TA-PEI membrane owned a pure water flux of 120.8 L/(m2·h)and BSA rejection of 96.6%under the optimized conditions.While using the CNT-TA-PEI membrane as electrode,the rejection of dyes increased from below 6%to over 98%,and the rejection rate of Na_(2)SO_(4)was below 5%with an applied voltage of 3 V.The above results demonstrat⁃ed that the CNT-TA-PEI membrane effectively overcomes the″trade-off″problem between permeability and selectivity and achieves efficient dye/salt separation performance under the synergistic effect of pore size regu⁃lation and electric field assistance.It was expected to provide a reference for the resource treatment of saline textile wastewater.
