摘　　要：近年来涂料数码印花发展迅猛,涂料数码印花应用越来越广泛,但是涂料数码印花的精度、色彩饱和度是其欠缺的地方。为了改善涂料数码印花效果,开发出用于涂料数码印花各种助剂,PP-01就是其中之一。PP-01是涂料数码印花用半制品预处理剂,是一种弱酸性淡黄色透明液体,可以与水以任意比混合,不含国际禁用物质,无毒无害,印花前织物无论是涤纶或者纯棉,用PP-01进行处理,均可以提升织物进行涂料数码印花的精度、色彩饱和度,改进印花效果,使用方便,经济实用,效果明显。In recent years,the development of pigment digital printing has been rapid,and the application of pigment digital printing has become increasingly widespread.However,the printing accuracy and color satu⁃ration of pigment digital printing are its shortcomings.In order to improve the effect of pigment digital printing,various additives have been developed for pigment digital printing,and PP-01 is one of them.PP-01 is a semi product pretreatment agent for pigment digital printing.It is a weak acidic light yellow transparent liquid that can be mixed with water in any ratio.It does not contain internationally prohibited substances and is non⁃toxic and harmless.Whether it is polyester or pure cotton fabric before printing,PP-01 can improve the accu⁃racy,color saturation,and printing effect of pigment digital printing on fabrics,be convenient to use,economi⁃cal and practical,and have obvious effects.
