乌梅对汉麻纤维的染色及其性能影响

摘　　要：为了研究天然植物染料乌梅对汉麻纤维染色的条件及其对汉麻纤维染色后各项服用性能的影响,采用超声波提取法对乌梅进行色素提取,并用乌梅提取液染色汉麻纤维。通过单因素实验法得出乌梅色素染液的优化提取工艺,采用直接染、预媒染、同浴媒染和后媒染等方式得到乌梅色素对汉麻纤维的优化染色条件,并对染色后的汉麻纤维进行耐汗渍、耐水洗等性能测试。结果表明:使用乌梅色素提取液对汉麻纤维进行染色的优化条件为:浴比1∶40,温度50℃,时间90 min。选用绿矾作为媒染剂,采用后媒染的染色方式使得乌梅提取液染色汉麻纤维的效果和各项性能均较好。In order to study the conditions of natural plant dye dark plum on the dyeing of hemp fiber,and its effect on the properties of hemp fiber after dyeing.Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract pigments from dark plum,and hemp fibers were dyed with dark plum extract.The optimal extraction process of dark plum pigment dyeing solution was obtained by univariate test method,and the optimal dyeing condi⁃tions of dark plum pigment for hemp fiber were obtained by direct dyeing,pre-mordant dyeing,homomordiza⁃tion and post-mordant dyeing,and the performance tests of sweat resistance and washability of hemp fiber after dyeing were carried out.The conclusions showed that the optimal conditions for dyeing hemp fibers with dark plum pigment extract were dyeing bath ratio 1∶40,dyeing temperature of 50℃,and staining time of 90 min.The selection of green alum as the mordant,the use of post-mordant dyeing method makes the dyeing effect and performance test results of dark plum extract dyeing hemp fibers better.
