摘  要:对芍药属Paeonia牡丹组(Sect.Moutan)9个野生种15个居群进行了细胞学研究。研究发现,野生牡丹组的染色体数目均为10。除前人发现的2n=2x=10=6m+2sm+2st、2n=2x=10=8m+2st和2n=2x=10=8m+2sm三类核型公式外,还观察到了核型公式2n=2x=10=4m+4sm+2st及2n=2x=10=4m+6st;核型类别除“2A”型外,还有“2B”“3A”类型。在紫斑牡丹临洮居群中观测到了罗伯逊易位,在紫牡丹安南居群中观察到31.25%的细胞具染色体断片,在第一至第五对染色体上均观察到了程度不同的变异及杂合性,表现在长度及臂比值上。Cytological studies were conducted on 15 populations of 9 wild peony in Sect.Moutan of Paeonia.The number of chromosomes was 10 in peony group.Previous studies have found three types of karyotype formulas:2n=2x=10=6m+2sm+2st,2n=2x=10=8m+2st,2n=2x=10=8m+2sm,through observation,other karyotype formulas have been found:2n=2x=10=4m+4sm+2st and 2n=2x=10=4m+6st.In addition to the"2A"type,there were also"2B"and"3A"types.Robertsonian translocation has been observed in Lintao population of Paeonia purpurea.Chromosomal fragments were observed in 31.25%of the cells in the Annan population,different degrees of variation and heterozygosity were observed on the first to fifth pairs of chromosomes,which were reflected in length and arm ratio.
