摘 要:由于某抽水蓄能电站调压井以下高压管道的高强钢管需要承受高速水流的冲击和相应的水头压力,为保证制造品质,在加工阶段采用了减少焊接接缝的工艺,管节采用整张钢板卷制,仅有一道纵缝。本文以该电站大直径高压钢管整张瓦片制作技术为依托,主要介绍了该工艺的关键工序技术,该工程的实践为大型压力钢管在工区现场生产积累了丰富的经验。Because the high strength steel pipe of the high pressure pipe under the regulator well of a pumped storage power station needs to withstand the impact of high-speed water flow and the corresponding head pressure,in order to ensure the manufacturing quality,the process of reducing the welding joint is adopted in the process stage,and the pipe section is made of whole steel plate with only one longitudinal joint.This paper mainly introduces the key process technology based on the manufacturing technology of large diameter high pressure steel pipe in the power station.The practice of this project has accumulated rich experience for the production of large pressure steel pipe in the work area.
