摘  要:为了打破医学免疫学课程教与学的双重壁垒,进一步提升教学质量,提高学生的综合能力,案例式微课凭借其独特的优势,成为医学免疫学教学改革与实践中一种新的教学模式。文章从医学免疫学课程的授课现状、案例式微课的教学背景、医学免疫学案例式微课的教学设计及其注意事项这几方面进行了论述,期望能为参与案例式微课开发和应用的教育工作者提供参考。In order to break the double barriers between teaching and learning in the Medical Immunology course,further improve the teaching quality and improve students’comprehensive ability,case-based micro-curriculum has become a new teaching mode in the reform and practice of Medical Immunology teaching with its unique ad-vantages.This paper discusses the teaching status of the Medical Immunology course,the teaching background of case-based micro-curriculum,and the teaching design of Medical Immunology about case-based micro-curriculum and its precautions,hoping to provide reference for educators who participate in the development and application of case-based micro-curriculum.
