摘 要:在广西中越边境地区的下其逐屯存在一种特殊时期的特殊迁坟现象,即将曾经因特殊原因而葬于国外的中国边民的祖坟迁回国内。由此,下其逐人的祖坟经历了一次从离散到回归的移动过程。在此过程中,以国家政权的有力统治和国家主权的边界规训为核心的国家权力在场,一直发挥着主导和推动作用。同时,下其逐人在祖坟离散与回归过程中也充分发挥主观能动性,进行广泛的能动选择。从国家与下其逐人在祖坟离散与回归过程中各自所扮演的角色可知,尽管国家权力对边民长期具有较为强大的统治力,但国家与边民整体处于良性互动的状态。换言之,从国家与边民的互动关系看,“强国家”前提下良性互动的国家与边民关系始终居于历史主流地位。A unique phenomenon of moving gravels occurs in a special period in the Xiaqizhu village on the Sino-Vietnamese border in Guangxi,where the ancestral graves of Chinese border groups who were buried abroad due to special reasons are relocated back to China.During this process,the ancestral graves of the Xiaqizhu people experiences a movement from diaspora to return,with the dominant and promoting role of state power,which is centered around the powerful rule of state regime and the boundary regulations of state sovereignty.At the same time,the Xiaqizhu people also give full play to their initiative,making extensive active choices during the process of diaspora and return of ancestral graves.From the respective roles played by the state and the Xiaqizhu people in the process of diaspora and return of ancestral graves,it can be seen that although state power has long exerted a strong dominance over border groups,the overall interaction between the state and the border groups is in a positive state.In other words,in terms of interaction between the state and border groups,the relationship between the state and border groups,which is based on the premise of‘A strong State’and characterized by positive interaction has always been the mainstream in history.
