精梳质量控制与减少成纱纱疵的技术措施

摘  要:为减少细小纱疵和偶发性纱疵,总结了精梳质量控制与减少成纱纱疵的技术措施。影响细小纱疵的主要因素是原料品质和精梳质量。重点分析了精梳锡林齿密、精梳梳理隔距、锡林针布状态、顶梳针齿嵌花等对成纱质量的影响。试验结果表明:采用加密新型锡林,特细号精梳纱纱疵明显减少;锡林、顶梳严重嵌花会使精梳落棉率大幅增加;适当缩小锡林梳理隔距,保证纤维分离、伸直和平行,可以改善成纱质量。同时,总结了减少偶发性纱疵的技术措施。认为:减少细小纱疵的关键在于精梳的梳理质量,核心在锡林针布;提高精梳设备和运转操作技术水平,严格执行清洁操作标准,加强车间温湿度调控,是减少突发性纱疵的有效方法。In order to reduce the small and occasional yarn defects,the technology measures for the quality control of combing and the reduction of yarn defects were summarized.The main factors affecting fine yarn defects were raw material quality and combing quality.The influences of comber cylinder tooth density,carding gauge,state of cylinder card clothing and top comb tooth inlay on the yarn quality were analyzed.The test results showed that adopting new type cylinder with high density,the defects of fine combed yarn were obviously reduced.The heavy inlay of the cylinder and top comb greatly increased combing waste.The yarn quality could be improved by reducing cylinder carding gauge properly to ensure the separation,straightening and parallel of the fibers.At the same time,the technology measures to reduce occasional yarn defects were summarized.It is considered that the key to reduce fine yarn defects lies in the quality of combing,the core is the cylinder card clothing.Improving the technology level of combing equipment and operation,strictly implementing the clean operation standard and strengthening the control of temperature&humidity in the workshop are effective methods to reduce sudden yarn defects.
