摘　　要：目的 探讨“互联网+”居家延续性护理对哮喘儿童的应用效果。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月在南昌大学第一附属医院儿科门诊就诊的150例哮喘患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=75)与对照组(n=75),对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予“互联网+”居家延续性护理干预,为期3个月。比较干预前后2组患儿家属居家护理能力,儿童哮喘控制测试量表(C-ACT)评分、哮喘发作次数和儿童哮喘生活质量问卷(PAQLQ)评分。结果 护理干预后,观察组患儿家属居家护理能力、患儿C-ACT评分和PAQLQ评分明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患儿哮喘发作次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “互联网+”居家延续性护理可有效提高家属居家护理能力,提高患儿哮喘控制能力和生活质量水平,降低哮喘的发作次数。Objective To explore the efficacy of “Internet Plus” continuous home care in children with asthma.Methods A total of 150 children with asthma treated in pediatric outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University between May 2022 and May 2023 were randomly given routine nursing(control group,n=75) or in combination with “Internet Plus”continuous home care(observation group,n=75) for 3 months.The home care ability of family members,score of Children Asthma Control Test(C-ACT),number of asthma attacks,and score of Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAQLQ) were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,home care ability of family members and scores of C-ACT and PAQLQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,thenumber of asthma attacksin the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion “Internet Plus”continuous home care can effectively improve home care ability of family members,enhance asthma control ability and quality of life,and reduce the frequency of asthma attacks in children.
