黄芪和鬼箭羽对药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床经验探析

摘　　要：黄芪、鬼箭羽是杨晓晖教授治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的常用对药。本文通过对古代中医文献及现代药理研究的梳理,探讨黄芪、鬼箭羽对药治疗DPN的配伍特点和临床应用,认为二者具有气血同调、表里同治、寒温同用的功效,契合DPN“麻是气虚,木是痰湿死血”“微型癥瘕”的病机特点,是杨晓晖教授“三同理论”防治糖尿病并发症的具体体现,临床效果显著,值得进一步探索研究。Astragalus and Gymnema sylvestre are commonly used pair of herbs in Professor Yang Xiaohui′s treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Integrating ancient Chinese medicine literature and modern pharmacological research,this paper discusses the compatibility characteristics and clinical application of Astragalus and Gymnema sylvestre in the treatment of DPN.It is believed that they have the effects of regulating qi and blood,treating the exterior and interior,and being applicable in both cold and warm conditions.This aligns with the pathogenesis characteristics of DPN,"numbness is qi deficiency,hypoesthesia is phlegm-damp blocking blood"and"micro-mass lesions".It is the specific embodiment of Professor Yang Xiaohui′s"Three simultaneous theory"in preventing and treating diabetic complications.Astragalus and Gymnema sylvestre herb pair improves clinical efficacy significantly,and worth further exploration and research.
