摘 要:钢铁行业的激烈竞争对高炉生产提出了更高的要求,尤其是在长期休风后的指标快速恢复,快速达产,燃料比的降低。本文以新钢9#高炉、10#高炉近2年的休复风情况为对象,通过比较法,分析适合2座高炉长期休风后快速达产达标的相关控制参数,主要包括尽可能使用6 m、7 m干熄焦炭;第一炉铁的铁水含硅量和碱度分别控制在(2.5±0.25)%,1.17±0.03;复风时采用O:41.0/3 39.0/3 36.8/3 34.3/2,C:41.3/3 39.0/2 36.8/2 34.3/2 31.6/3的布料矩阵,顺行情况及高炉操作等,为国内大型高炉休风快速达产达标提供实践经验。The fierce competition in the steel industry has higher demands for blast furnace production,especially in the rapid recovery of indicators after a long shut-down,such as rapidly recover the yield and the reduction of the fuel ratio.This topic focuses on the shut-down and recovery condition of Xingang 9#blast furnace and10#blast furnace in recent 2 years.Through the comparative method,the relevant control parameters suitable for the rapid recovery of yield and quality of two blast furnaces after long-term shut-down are analyzed.The parameters mainly includes the use of 6m and 7m dry coke as far as possible;silicon content and alkalinity of the molten iron in the first furnace are controlled at 2.5±0.25%and 1.17±0.03 respectively;the laying matrix of O:41.0/3 39.0/3 36.8/3 34.3/2,C:41.3/3 39.0/2 36.8/2 34.3/2 31.6/3 is used for the recovery and smooth operation of blast furnace.All these are for providing practical experience for rapid recovery of yield and quality of domestic large blast furnace after longterm shut-down.
