摘　　要：介绍了埃塞俄比亚国防军总医院医疗设备管理中存在的问题,结合实际对国内援助单位、设备供应商、援埃医疗组及受援医院提出相关建议,提升了援埃医疗设备的管理效率和受援医院的医疗服务能力,为援外医疗设备管理提供了参考。The problems existing in the management of medical equipment in the General hospital of the Ethiopian Defense Forces were introduced,and some suggestions were put forward from domestic aid units,equipment suppliers,aid medical teams and assisted hospitals.The management efficiency of aid-Ethiopia medical equipment and the medical service capacity of the assisted hospitals were enhanced greatly.References were provided for the medical equipment management during foreign aid missions.
