摘　　要：从设计、临床应用及效果评估等方面综述了应用于头颈部肿瘤、乳腺肿瘤、胸腹部肿瘤和四肢肿瘤放疗的体位固定装置的研究现状,分析了放疗体位固定装置存在的不足,指出了扩大应用范围,提高个性化定制能力、调整和校准的便利性以及成本效益等是未来放疗体位固定装置的发展趋势。The research progress of the postural immobilization devices for radiotherapy of head and neck tumors,breast tumors,thoracic and abdominal tumors and extremity tumors was reviewed in terms of design,clinical application and efficacy evaluation.The deficiencies of the postural immobilization devices for radiotherapy were analyzed,and it's pointed out the postural immobilization devoices would be improved in application range,individualized application,convenience for adjustment and calibration and cost-effectiveness ratio.
