石墨化废阴极制备铝用阳极的性能研究

摘  要:以煅后焦和石墨化废阴极为研究对象,分析了2种原料基本性能的差异,并以煅后焦、石墨化废阴极粉料为原料制备阳极,研究了阳极性能指标随石墨化废阴极粉料添加比例的变化规律。研究结果表明:石墨化废阴极粉料的真密度高、比表面积大、电阻率低,但二氧化碳反应性差,Fe、Ca含量高,且堆积密度低;随着石墨化废阴极粉料添加比例的增加,阳极各项指标变化明显,当石墨化废阴极粉料添加比例为5%~10%时,阳极各项指标较好,适合工业应用。The difference of basic properties of calcined coke and graphitized waste cathode was analyzed,and the anodes were prepared from calcined coke and graphitized waste cathode powder.The performance changes of anode with the addition of graphitized waste cathode powder were studied.The results show that the graphitized waste cathode powder has high true density,high specific surface area and low resistivity,but poor carbon dioxide reactivity,high Fe,Ca content and low packing density.With the increase of the proportion of graphitized waste cathode powder,the anode performances change obviously.According to the change law of anode indicators,when the proportion of graphitized waste cathode powder is 5%~10%,the anode indicators are better,which is suitable for industrial application.
