摘 要:分析广西审定的华占系列杂交稻组合的遗传多样性,为培育华占优质组合提供理论依据。本研究利用农业行业标准(NY/T1433-2014)中公布的48对SSR引物,对广西审定的13个华占系列杂交水稻品种进行遗传多样性分析、DNA指纹图谱的构建及特异性标记的筛选。结果显示,广西、广东和湖南的等位基因数平均值分别为2.67、1.85和2.52,基因多样性指数平均值分别为1.8097、1.6295和1.8885,Shannon’s指数平均值分别为0.6523、0.4720和0.6822,PIC值>0.5占比分别为16.7%、16.7%和29.2%,说明广西和湖南的华占系列杂交稻组合遗传多样性较丰富,而广东的华占系列杂交稻组合遗传多样性水平较低。聚类分析表明,虽然部分组合遗传距离较为接近,但基本上可将广西、广东和湖南配制的组合区分开。本研究为选育华占优质组合、鉴定及分类提供了技术支撑。The genetic diversity of hybrid rice combinations of Huazhan series approved in Guangxi were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for breeding high-quality hybrid rice combinations of Huazhan series.In this study,48 SSR Primers published in agricultural industry standard(NY/T1433-2014)were used to analyze genetic diversity,construct DNA fingerprints and screen specific markers of 13 Huazhan hybrid rice varieties approved in Guangxi.The results show that,the mean value allele number of Guangxi,Guangdong and Hunan were 2.67,1.85 and 2.52;the mean values of gene diversity index were 1.8097,1.6295 and 1.8885;the mean values of Shannon's index averages were 0.6523,0.4720 and 0.6822;and the percentages of PIC>0.5 were 16.7%,16.7%and 29.2%.The results showed that the degree of genetic diversity of Huazhan hybrid rice combinations in Guangxi and Hunan was higher than Guangdong.Cluster analysis showed that the genetic distance of some combinations were close,but the combinations of Guangxi,Guangdong and Hunan could be distinguished basically.This study provides a technical support for breeding of Huazhan high quality combination,identification and classification of Huazhan highquality combination.
