摘　　要：传统体育养生研究中科学技术研究与社会文化研究的失衡是“斯诺命题”的次级表达,具体表现为技术主义与非人格化倾向日渐凸显,而社会文化研究相对薄弱。缺乏社会文化层面的关注,不仅难以理解传统体育养生在国家与社会、中国与西方国家中的互动问题,而且也不利于从历史维度去认知人、生命与健康的相互关系。有鉴于此,汲取新文化史“注重文化分析与微观研究、关注日常生活和底层民众、强调符号和意义的深度阐释”等方法论启示,为传统体育养生研究的“社会文化向度”探索新路径,以增益传统体育养生“科学与人文”的整体研究。The imbalance between the research of science and technology and the research of social culture in the research of tradition-al sports health preservation is the secondary expression of"Snow Proposition",which is embodied in the increasingly prominent tendency of technicism and impersonality,while the research of social culture is relatively weak.The lack of social and cultural atten-tion not only makes it difficult to understand the interaction of traditional sports health preservation in the country and society,China and the West,but also is not conducive to the understanding of the relationship between people,life and health from the historical di-mension.In view of this,starting from the theoretical approach of the new cultural history,this paper explores a new approach for the""social and cultural turn"of traditional sports health preservation research,in order to gain the overall research of traditional sports health preservation.
